The Main Flag

1. Open a new image 500 X 400, transparent background.

2. Add a new layer and name it Main Flag.

3. Selections - Load from Disk - Main.sel

4. Flood fill with a blue #0000C0.

5. We are going to make this look quilted. Images - Effects - Blinds with the following settings.

6. Now we are going to add some more blinds using the settings below.

7. Now we need to add an inner bevel to this. Use the settings below.

8. Deselect

On to the Union Jack and Southern Cross
