26. Make layer 1 your active layer and add a new layer, naming it Hanger.

27. Select your Tube tool and choose Jasc's Rope Tube.

28. Set the Scale on the rope tube to 40.

29. Draw in your hanger.

YOU ARE ALL DONE!
Now you can tube this, or add text and frame your flag.
