For this tutorial you will need FM Tile Tools which you may find a trial version of Here.
You will also need my selection files which you may download Here and place in your PSP Selections folder.

Open a new image 500 X 500 pixels, transparent background.

Create a new layer and name it Cracker.

Selections - Load from disk - Cracker.sel

Flood fill with light brown #9C6F46.

Go to Effects - Texture Effects - Texure using these settings:

Add an inner bevel using these settings, two times:

We need to lighten the cracker up in color just a bit, so go to Colors - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast and use these settings:

Deselect and add a new layer, naming it chocolate.

Selections - Load from Disk - chocolate.sel

Flood fill with dark brown #674022.

Add an inner bevel using these settings:

Deselect and add a new layer naming it marshmallow1.

Selections - Load from disk - marshmallow1.sel.

Flood fill with white.

I cannot take full credit for the textured look as I learned this neat technique from Meneka and she has so graciously allowed me to include this technique for this tutorial.  You may visit her tutorial Here.  Be sure to visit Meneka's site as she has some really neat tutorials.

Effects - Noise - Add using these settings:

I applied the noise a second time.  White is a hard color to add noise to and have it defined when we apply the next step so that is why you need to apply the same noise settings a second time.  When I changed the number to 16, it discolored the white to something I wasn't real crazy about and found by applying the noise a second time at the lower rate, it gave a more defined look when we go to apply the next step.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss and apply using the following settings:

Selections - Float ***If you don't Float the selection, your results will be entirely different and the "marshmallows" will disappear***

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout using these settings:

Deselect and add a new layer, naming it marshmallow2.

Selections - Load from disk - marshmallow2.sel

Flood fill with white and apply the same noise, Blend Emboss, remember to float and then apply the same cutouts as for Marshmallow1.

Deselect and add a new layer, naming it marshmallow3.

Selections - Load from disk - marshmallow3.sel

Flood fill with white and apply the same noise, Blend Emboss, remember to float and then apply the same cutouts as for Marshmallow1 & 2, then deselect.

This is what we should have so far:

I've guided you through the process of creating a template for your own Smores Snow People.  Now I am leaving it up to you to be creative and make your own face, arms and any other decorations you may wish to add.  Just as no two snowflakes are exactly alike, no two snow people should look the same, either.  I hope you have fun finishing your Smores Snow People.  Just remember to add a new layer on top of your marshmallows to add facial features and a layer below the marshmallow layers when you add your arms.
