Barn Sides
1. Open a new image 600 X 300, transparent
background, 16.7 million colors.
2. Add a new layer.
3. Selections
- load from disk - sides.sel
4. Flood fill with a barn red color of
choice. I used #AE0404. Deselect.
5. Add a new layer.
6. Draw some
freehand black lines using the following settings.
7. Here is an example of what your image should look like so far.
8. Image - Blur - Motion Blur using the following settings. Apply the Motion Blur two times.
9. Load sides.sel - invert - delete, then deselect.
10. Turn off layer
1 and merge - visible and rename this layer Barn Sides.
PLEASE NOTE: When
working with several layers it will be much easier to keep track of
everything
and what layer is what if you name them as we go along.
